Most of the milk we produce is carefully diverted to our farmstead creamery, where we gently pasteurize and bottle our non-homogenized whole milk. We also craft cream-top yogurt and a variety of aged and fresh cheeses, including curds, spreadable cheeses, cow's milk feta, flavored and aged cheddars, alpine, and bloomy rind styles.
Cream-Top Whole Milk
Our nutrient-dense whole milk is gently vat-pasteurized, maintaining its sweet, creamy flavor and preserving its molecular structure. We do not homogenize our milk, which gives it a rich layer of cream on top.
Available in three sizes: quart, half-gallon, and gallon.
WHOLE MILK YOGURT
Our yogurt has a natural cream top and a smooth texture that holds its shape when spooned, offering the perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and mildly tangy flavors. Made with four beneficial, live, and active cultures.

Block Cheddars
Our cheddar cheeses are made by hand using traditional techniques and aged from six months to a year for smooth, melt-in-your-mouth textures and creamy, mild flavors.
